01 Information we collect

We collect information in three ways: information you provide, information collected automatically, and information from third parties you connect to Crelio.

Information you provide

• Account & profile data — name, work email, company, role, and team details you submit when requesting a demo, creating an account, or contacting us.
• Content you input — properties, contacts, notes, deal records, objectives, and instructions you give to Crelio and its AI agents.
• Communications — messages you send us and support requests.

Information collected automatically

• Usage & device data — pages viewed, features used, IP address, browser type, and timestamps.
• Cookies & similar technologies — see the Cookies section.

Information from connected services

• Data-provider integrations — data you choose to connect from your own third-party providers and databases.
• Google Workspace / Gmail — where you connect a Google account, we access limited data as described in Google user data.

02 How we use information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Services;
• Execute the objectives and tasks you direct our AI agents to perform;
• Keep your CRM records current and enrich them with contact information;
• Authenticate you and secure your account;
• Respond to your requests and provide customer support;
• Send service, security, and (where permitted) marketing communications;
• Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and technical issues; and
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use content you input, or data accessed through connected services, to train generalized AI/ML models.

03 Google user data

If you choose to connect a Google account (for example, Gmail or Google Workspace), Crelio requests access only to the scopes necessary to deliver the features you enable. Depending on the features you turn on, this may include reading, composing, sending, and managing email on your behalf so that our agents can conduct outreach and keep your records synchronized.

• What we access — only the Google data covered by the specific scopes you authorize during the Google consent flow.
• Why we access it — solely to provide and improve user-facing features you have enabled (e.g., sending sequences, logging correspondence to your CRM, drafting replies at your direction).
• How it's stored — Google data is processed to deliver the feature and is retained only as long as needed for that purpose. You can disconnect your Google account at any time, which revokes our access.
• How to revoke — you may revoke Crelio's access at any time via your Google Account permissions page or from within Crelio's settings.

04 Limited Use disclosure

In particular, we affirm that Crelio:

• Only uses access to Google user data to provide or improve user-facing features that are prominent in the requesting application's user interface;
• Does not transfer or sell Google user data for personalized advertising, ad-targeting, or credit-worthiness purposes;
• Does not transfer or sell Google user data to data brokers, information resellers, or other parties except as necessary to provide or improve the Services, to comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger or acquisition with adequate notice to users; and
• Does not allow humans to read Google user data unless we obtain your affirmative agreement for specified messages, it is necessary for security purposes or to comply with applicable law, or the data has been aggregated and anonymized for internal operations.

05 How we share information

We share information only in these limited circumstances:

• Service providers — vendors that host infrastructure, process payments, and provide analytics under contractual confidentiality and data-protection obligations.
• At your direction — with third parties you connect or instruct our agents to interact with.
• Legal & safety — where required by law, subpoena, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Crelio, our users, or the public.
• Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, with notice as required by law.

06 Third-party data & services

Crelio does not natively supply market or property data. You connect your own preferred data providers and databases, and our agents help you keep that data clean, current, and actionable. Data you connect remains subject to the terms and privacy practices of the provider you obtained it from.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights and permissions necessary to connect and use any third-party data with Crelio. The Services may also link to third-party sites and tools we do not control; this Privacy Policy does not apply to those third parties, and we encourage you to review their policies. 07 Data retention

We retain personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services, and thereafter only as required to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it. You may request deletion as described in Your privacy rights.

08 Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information, including encryption in transit, access controls, and least-privilege practices. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we become aware of a breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you and applicable authorities as required by law.

09 Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• Access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you;
• Port your data to another service;
• Object to or restrict certain processing;
• Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent; and
• Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@crelio.com. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

10 Cookies & tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, and understand how the Services are used. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling some cookies may affect functionality. We honor recognized opt-out signals where required by law.

11 International transfers

Crelio is based in the United States and may process information in the U.S. and other countries. Where we transfer personal information across borders, we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses, as required by applicable law.

12 Children's privacy

The Services are intended for business use by adults and are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

13 Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where required, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
